During a mid-day trip along the far-bog several weeks ago, the goldfinches were busy having a meeting. I am not sure this constitutes sufficient distancing.

A pair of ducks swam back and forth on Woodbury Pond yesterday. Others rested along the shore.

This pair of black ducks rested on a log while we slowly approached. Others were swimming around sampling vegetation from the shallow part of the lake.
