Bog edges into Spring
Two weeks ago, the bog was still evolving from its winter setting. In the late afternoon walk, we caught the setting sun reflecting on the melting water along the bog edge.
Sleepy porcupine
We came upon this porcupine high up in a tree last week. He appeared quite groggy and a bit confused. This winter’s weather will do that to you.
