A wood duck sneaks through the bog

A lucky break while creeping along the far bog last week. A pair of wood ducks were foraging and did not realize my presence.

While walking past the pond, we spotted a pair of goldeneye ducks feeding. This one just popped up from below.

After waiting twenty minutes at the bog’s edge, a small beaver, we think, came by on an un-named mission.
