
After my hummingbird feeder broke and the flowering plants seemed dull this year, I did not think we would see many birds. We did have a couple and after waiting with my camera for hours, we got lucky.

We waited a couple hours outside on the front steps this morning hoping one of our summer residents came by for a snack. We got ready with a smaller, lighter camera with a tripod. It soon showed a “battery Low” warning. Went and got my more robust rig and waited. Suddenly, there it was!
